Outdoor Pool & Lanai: We have an East facing pool view which means you will enjoy the sun most of the day but also a good amount of shade in the lanai making it comfortable for Al Fresco dining. whilst relaxing in deep seated chairs ; tables and loungers in the Florida sunshine.

We have no rear neighbours and as our house is on an elevated plot so you can enjoy open and tranquil views.

Fabulous Yolo House

Would highly recommend staying at Yolo House.... Excellent communication from Sam, the owner, prior to arrival. Property beautifully maintained. Fantastic location for all parks. Near to Celebration, great for restaurants. 5 mins to a large Walmart where you can literally buy anything. Would definitely recommend to friends and family, we all loved it here. Nick

Great Villa in superb location

We really enjoyed out 10 nights here. The villa is in a great location to Disney, but also to restaurants and the large Walmart. The Villa was very clean and spacious, the decor was really nice with a minimalist feel which I liked. The smart tvs were great so we could watch Netflix ect. Loved the addition of pool towels, it saved so much room in the case not having to bring them. Washing machine and tumble dryer we very much appreciated to take all the clothes home. Games room was very good and the kids loved playing table tennis. Few points that need addressing, the fridge has been mentioned but it does need replacing! being in July we had hot weather but amazing thunder storms too which lead to massive downpours, the chipped bark from outside came in and all ended up in the pool! it took ages to clear it and still there were lots of bark in the pool! I would certainly like to return again.

We take a great deal of pride in our villa and invest a good deal of time and effort to ensure our guests have a wonderful time and are able to create magical memories for a lifetime with their family and friends.

This villa is located on Daulby Street (Lakeside) which is arguably the best street on the Windsor Hills Resort - Yolo House is on an elevated plot with expansive views in the day which include Lake and Conservation area and in the evening Disney Firework views and with no rear neighbours, you enjoy privacy and tranquillity in the glorious Florida sunshine.

What makes this property unique

We have included many things in our villa at no extra cost to make our guests feel comfortable from the moment they enter the home.

These include the illuminated stairs and lighting systems which light up to welcome you. The interior design focus has been on convenient and allow them to enjoy a wonderful luxury comfort and socialising from formal dining to break away seating in the dining room area, bedrooms and games rooms all allowing our guests to enjoy and stress free vacation.

We have also included super fast wifi, baby equipment from high chairs, stairs gates to strollers and ultra fast phone and table chargers.

Our stunning bathroom remodels include rain showers with hand held shower heads and ooze luxury.

YOLO House is certainly one of the most luxurious villas in the Windsor Hills.
